i can't believe there have already been 6....
this is me, at work at my desk [rare i usually work on the laptop in the living room. i'm only at the desk if i have to print or it's something really SERIOUS]. i am working on something that is now on it's way to the middle of the country.... a place i've actually never been... i don't really want to talk about who or what yet since i don't want to jinx it - but it could be a very cool thing!
the above comes from this blog i guess it's in Cleveland, but other than that there isn't much info on it. i just think it's lovely! [of course one of my mottos is: everything can use a cozy!] i want to know more!!

Your fingers are doing some lovely stitching!!
i needed to see that colorful tree today! i had such a horrible afternoon, getting bogged down by details and stupidity, but then I came home to a fabulous packeage at my door all the way from france, and this beautiful tree. Thanks Lisa, that hit the spot!
that is incredible! the tree!
I love all the light coming out of the window.
And that tree is wild. Who knew?!
The more I think about it, the more I think it's the work of Rebecca Vaughan. I wish I could find the photo of the lamp posts she covered in nyc.
love this SPT... the light from the window is so nice.
and the tree! I'm inspired that this exists, that someone saw the need to do this. it's quite beautiful.
great shot!!!! i came yesterday and loved it but for some reason didn't post a comment... i'm so out of it with all of these edits. boo.
at any rate, i love your work area there. so bright!!
cheers! mav
That tree is just fab. I wonder how long it took. Imagine covering all ugly things (not that a tree is ugly) in the street with a cozy...ah...the possibilities! :)
good posture!
that tree is lovely!
a friend of mine does something similar (small scale)...she makes cozies for little plants and tiny trees and sells them at craft fairs...pretty adorable:-)
hilarious cozy!!!
Hey, Lisa and all, I originally posted the tree cozy picture here in Cleveland. I found out yesterday that a Carol Hummel created this piece of artwork in collaboration with the Heights Arts Collaboration who are attempting to add some class to our area. And just in time! : )
