hello and welcome to my blog. i'm a mixed media artist living in oakland, CA with my husband, 2 dogs, 1 cat and my baby daughter. i try to post once a week about things that inspire me, what's going on in my studio, and little tidbits of my life. thanks for visiting, reading and commenting!

The feel of polaroids, selection and nostalgic objects make the perfect pairings, stunning!
Beautiful polaroids. Makes me want to run out and purchase some more film. My poor camera gets neglected for long periods of time...but there's always a reason to come back to it.
I especially love the ones taken in Maine.
Wait. Polaroid film is available again? I thought it was phased out. Okay, I'm out of it. But this is good news. In the process of rearranging our garage to make room for baby, I came across our old polaroid camera and thought, wouldn't it be nice to use this thing again?
