Are you parinoid? You should be. There are two ways to receive your email over an encrypted connection: (1) use the Webmail Interface or (2) set up your POP3/IMAP client to use SSL.POP3 with SSL ecncryption for Microsoft Outlook Express
If you have a POP3 account and are using Outlook Express, you can retrieve your email with SSL encryption. To enable the encryption mechanism follow these steps:

If you get a message stating that the server named does not match the certificate name press on OK to continue and retrieve your mail .
