Our residential service plan will deliver speeds up to 100Mbps download & upload. We cannot remotely estimate what your actual speeds will be prior to your installation date, as there are many determining factors that can only be confirmed on-site by a Monkeybrains technician, but most people receive an average of 60-80 Mbps download/upload.

To give you an idea of what sort of speeds your household requires; video conferencing and HD video streams at about 4-6Mbps download, and even 4K video and online gaming only require 20-25Mbps. Latency on our network is also extremely low, at less than 20 milliseconds ping on average; ideal for online gaming!

Contrary to what other ISPs would have you believe, most households use no more than 30Mbps at a time, total, even during peak hours. So the speeds that Monkeybrains can deliver with our standard residential plan are perfect for the home! Our 30-day return policy is in place as well, so customers can try our service for themselves at no risk.

You may test the upload/download speeds you are receiving from your current provider by visiting speedtest.net or fast.com. For the most accurate results, we recommend testing via an ethernet cable plugged directly into your router from your computer, since upload and download speeds may vary over wifi.
